Job Title: ACS Field Manager
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, completion of ACS training program. Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English to communicate with clients and co-workers. Driver’s license/reliable transportation required. Smartphone necessary. Computer and good communication skills needed.
What are Field Managers expected to do?
Field Managers are responsible for performing a wide range of cleaning and maintenance duties. Main duties will be traveling to different clients’ properties to inspect the quality of service provided to the facilities, equipment care and maintenance, and employee issues, scheduling, reports, etc..
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities for Field Manager:
· Assist with hiring. · Facilitate new hires and ongoing ACS training programs. · Assist with answering phone calls. · Assist with creating schedule. · Go on walk-throughs · Assist with estimates and create estimates. · Administer disciplinary action as needed. · Complete disciplinary reports as needed. · Inspect client facilities · ACS equipment maintenance · Employee job performance evaluations. Complete inspection reports.

Full-time scheduling determined upon a client need basis
Rate of Pay
The rate of pay for all ACS positions is determined at your interview. All ACS team member new hires shall be paid at least $14.00/per hour, with an increase after satisfactory completion of the ACS training program and positive work performance. We value our employees and try to compensate in a manner that reflects that. Hiring pay can vary with experience. The average range of pay for our team members is currently between $16.00- $18.00 per hour.
